Roger Alton, Former Editor of the Observer and The Independent newspapers and current Contributing Editor of The Daily Mail visited Wren Academy. He spoke to Year 12 students about ‘fake news’, ‘post truth’ and the importance of a free press. Mr Alton said he was extremely impressed with the quality of the questioning and debate in his interaction with our sixth formers.
