Charity Champions

Wren Academy is very proud of the efforts of a group of its Year 12 Students in staging a charity event in January to support a cold weather night shelter for the homeless, through their church. Organised by Jojo Ward, the open mic performance night raised an impressive £1,000. Florence Wright and Leah Oeschler-Bennet were among the performers from a range of local schools, with Stephanie Tsioupra providing technical support with the sound, a great team effort.
