A Level Results 2022
Wren Academy students have been awarded some outstanding A Level grades, after what remained a difficult period for a cohort of students who experienced significant disruption over their GCSEs and much of their time in the Sixth Form.
The terrific efforts of staff and students to maintain learning progress over this time has have paid dividends, with the offers of places on a wide range of highly competitive degree courses at some of the best universities in the country.
41% of all grades achieved were A* - A
70% of all grades achieved were A* - B
86% of all grades being A*- C.
The following students all achieved A*s in all their subjects:
Jude R - Art and Design, Drama and English Language. Jude has secured a place on the prestigious Animation Course at the University of Edinburgh.
Arun P - Computer Science, Further Maths, Maths and Physics. Arun will be reading Computer Science at the University of Warwick.
James P - Economics, Government and Politics, and Maths. James will be reading Economics and Finance at the University of Bristol.
Alana L - Art and Design, English Literature, History and Physics. Alana will be reading English at the University of Bristol.
Alex B - Maths, Physics, EPQ, Psychology and Further Maths. Alex will be reading Engineering at the University of Cambridge.
Tomisin A - Biology, Chemistry, EPQ and Maths. Tomisin will be reading Medicine at the University of Bristol.
